Admin only. Marks one device revoked and announces the change to the tills. An id no device carries is refused, so a revocation cannot look like it landed.

`POST /api/v1/compliance/devices/{deviceId}/revoke`

**Responses**

- `200` — The device and its new revocation state
- `400` — A device id is required
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `403` — Caller is not an admin
- `404` — Unknown device
