Admin only. Clears the revocation on one device and announces the change to the tills. It is the same write as revoke with the flag off, so a missing id is refused the same way.

`POST /api/v1/compliance/devices/{deviceId}/restore`

**Responses**

- `200` — The device and its new revocation state
- `400` — A device id is required
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `403` — Caller is not an admin
- `404` — Unknown device
